The opportunity

Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise in Krakow, Poland is a team of specialists, who support business units located in Europe and supervise global logistics operations. Currently we are looking for an intern ready to join the team responsible for general customs operations.

How you’ll make an impact

• Coordinate customs operations (import/export), check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance, prepare monthly reports

• Take responsibility for cooperation with internal and external parties to confirm customs-related payments are issued in a timely manner

• Stay in touch with customers to receive and provide information

• Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance

• Identify savings opportunities

• Prepare GTS in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations

Your background

• You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later (preferred field of study - Supply Chain Management / Logistics)

• You can effectively communicate in English and Polish (B2)

• You have strong communication skills

• You are diligent and show close attention to detail
