Die Energiewende ist in vollem Gange – und wir gestalten sie aktiv mit. Als Teil unseres Contract Operations Teams im Back Office unterstützt du uns bei operativen Aufgaben in verschiedenen europäischen Märkten. Dabei gewinnst du Einblicke in energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme und Abläufe bei.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit unseren europäischen Marktpartnern, inklusive monatlichem Clearing in unserem Energiedatenmanagement-System
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Rechnungen
- Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in unserem CRM-System
- Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Qualitätssicherung interner Prozesse und IT-Systeme
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reportings und Kennzahlen für interne und externe Stakeholder (z. B. Behörden)
- Pflege, Überwachung und Korrektur von Stammdaten
