Job Description

Lead a team of 40-60 analysts, including group leaders and supervisors, in serving our client within Process Sciences
Lead a team involved in multiple scopes of work across the Process Sciences department including Upstream Sciences, Downstream Sciences, , Data Analytics, Manufacturing Support, Process Validation and Process Solutions oversight.
Lead a team of group leaders and trainers in laboratory-Scale Cell Culture studies including characterization of cell banks and manufacturing processes
Develop team members through operational excellence and standardization of processes
Cultivate teamwork and build continued morale through engaging and hands on leadership.
Coordinate with a broader scientific team to align on lab activities and process.
Comply with all GxP standards, GHS policies, and current written procedures and protocols.
Work in a fast-paced lab environment.
Balance multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and execute them independently, while communicating with all impacted parties.
Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in client environment
Organize technical resources and staff to accomplish client goals within given deadlines
Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
Ensure coverage and maximizes performance through management operating system to gain efficiencies
Stays current science and technology and consults knowledgeably with clients
