About the Job

The Facilities engineer provides staff with all the infrastructure resources they need to carry out their work in compliance with safety requirements, in both office and workshop areas, while considering Renaissance's growth dynamic and need for anticipation.

Responsibilities

Facility Management

  • Co-develop and implement facilities management strategies that support the business goals in collaboration with the COO, the operations group and the technical departments
  • Identify needs, select service providers, propose technical solutions and supervise all building infrastructure projects, coordinating work to guarantee deliveries on-time, on-budget, on-specs
  • Be the first point of contact for all subcontractors operating on Renaissance Fusion’s premises
  • Alert internal stakeholders in case of delays or important difficulties and work together to find solutions
  • Lead and take part in the facilities activities to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities

General Services

  • Supervise service providers involved in preventive and corrective maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of premises
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement and management of general service contracts in collaboration with the COO and the purchasing department
  • Implement and monitor service level agreements to maintain high standards of service delivery

Education and professional experience

  • Master’s degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities management
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2)
  • Proficient in French (C2)

Technical skills

  • Management of service providers
  • Strong knowledge on facility management and maintenance
  • Project management skills
  • Familiar with HSE regulations
  • Knowledge of Grenoble-based service suppliers is a plus
