Lucid Motors is currently seeking a Supply Chain Supplier Compliance Specialist. This position requires a deep understanding of Lucid’s logistics and supply chain requirements for suppliers.  The Specialist will lead communication between logistics, global supply management, finance, and suppliers to detail compliance challenges, propose corrective action, and enforce compliance to Lucid’s standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Lucid logistics and operations teams to understand supplier compliance challenges
  • Work closely with Finance team to forecast compliance financial impacts
  • Partner with Global Supply Managers on plan of action to correct supplier compliance issues related to product quality specifications, shipping specification, EDI, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy in compliance challenge recording and communication to adhere to Lucid policy 
  • Identify areas of opportunity within the compliance process and collaboratively design and implement solutions 
  • Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues surrounding supplier compliance

You Bring: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in supplier compliance, automotive, customer service, or related field  
  • Experience in automotive or operations preferred 
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
  • Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field

This position is 100% on-site at our Newark, CA location and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

 

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
 
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$85,800$118,030 USD
