About the Job
Au sein du laboratoire Hydrologie Nord spécialisé en Analyses des Eaux, vous assurez en tant que Coordinatrice.eur de Projets Clients, l'interface technique entre le laboratoire et les clients.
Interlocutrice(teur) unique de votre portefeuille clients au sein du laboratoire, vous avez pour missions :
- Le conseil technique aux clients sur le choix des analyses et des méthodes, l’édition de devis
- Le suivi quotidien des analyses : de la réception des échantillons jusqu'aux bilans des résultats, vous êtes au service client à chaque étape
- Le pilotage des créances & facturation
- La contribution au développement des ventes via la satisfaction clients
- La gestion des réclamations techniques suite aux rapports validés
- La prise de relai sur des missions plus opérationnelles suivant les aléas de l'activité
