En tant que Coordinateur∙trice de Projets Clients, vous assurez l’interface technique entre le laboratoire et les clients et rejoignez notre équipe dynamique de 7 personnes.

Interlocuteur.trice unique de votre portefeuille clients au sein de notre laboratoire d'analyse de l'air (75 personnes), vous avez pour missions :

Le conseil technique aux clients sur le choix des analyses et des méthodes ;
Le suivi quotidien des analyses: suivre l’état d’avancement des analyses en cours, les délais, établir des bilans de résultats d’analyses, planifier et suivre les dossiers urgents ;
La validation et signature des rapports d'analyses ;
Une contribution indirecte au développement des ventes via la satisfaction client ;
La gestion des réclamations techniques suite aux rapports validés ;
La veille réglementaire.
