Au sein de notre Laboratoire spécialisé en Analyse des Eaux, vous rejoignez notre pôle commercial et assurez l'interface entre le laboratoire et les clients.

Interlocutrice(teur) unique de votre portefeuille clients au sein du laboratoire, vous avez pour missions :

La communication et la relation clients
L'accompagnement des clients dans le choix des prestations, l’édition de devis, la contribution aux réponses d’appels d’offres
Suivre l’état d’avancement des prestations en cours, les délais, planifier et suivre les dossiers urgents
La validation et signature des rapports d'analyses
Une contribution au développement des ventes via la satisfaction clients
La gestion des réclamations suite aux rapports validés
Le suivi et le pilotage des sous-traitants intervenant sur vos dossiers
