Responsibilities:

By joining our MehlerHeytex team, you ensure a smooth production process by operating machines and equipment, transporting materials, and making sure our high-quality products are manufactured on time.

• Monitoring and controlling the production process in coordination with the shift supervisor

• Setting up machines and auxiliary equipment

• Feeding raw and auxiliary materials into the machines

• Implementing production plans

• Inspecting the final product according to quality management specifications

• Documenting production data

• Performing minor maintenance and cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a machine and equipment operator

• Initial work experience in the trained profession or experience in machine operation or production

• Willingness to work in shifts

• B1 or above German language skills (written and spoken)
