Antenna Group is looking for a performance-driven Vice President of Paid Media with extensive B2B experience to oversee one of our fast-growing and collaborative marketing teams. As the Head of our Paid Media division, you will lead a diverse group of marketing professionals responsible for every aspect of supporting our clients' performance marketing needs, including paid social, paid search and display. You will also work to align paid strategies with our organic social, SEO, and marketing automation efforts. You will be responsible for leading a team, establishing processes/systems for increased efficiency, managing day-to-day operations, and being the lead on integrated strategy and communications planning for all clients within your portfolio.
This is an exciting role with high visibility in the organization, requiring extensive collaboration across all Antenna departments.
This role will involve a mix of account strategy, performance management, and client service. You will also directly manage, teach, and inspire a team of growing marketing professionals. We are looking for a self-starter, growth-minded professional who is up to the challenge of leading and growing the Paid Media team at Antenna.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Leadership- Reports to the SVP and Head of Performance Marketing. Serves as a lead for the Paid Media team (internally and externally), and is responsible for effectively delivering strategy, execution, management, optimization, performance, and reporting across a portfolio of accounts.
- Set the strategic vision for Antenna Group’s paid media practice, ensuring alignment with broader PR and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and oversee high-impact, data-driven paid media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Guide cross-functional teams in the development of integrated, platform-specific marketing solutions that maximize engagement and ROI.
- Lead paid media innovation efforts, identifying emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Develop paid media strategies and plans that effectively activate the full suite of marketing capabilities to reach the right audience at the right time & place with the right message.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including digital experience and public relations professionals, to plan, implement, and improve account performance that is aligned with client goals and initiatives.
- Generate, analyze, and clearly communicate to a business owner/marketing professional progress against campaign objectives via integrated marketing reporting
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, content writers, and developers to create assets needed for campaigns, such as images, landing pages, videos, downloadables, etc.
- Monitor the performance of the campaigns closely and consistently to proactively flag issues for the team and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Lead and mentor a paid media team of 4, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Play a key role in new business development, driving pitch strategies and expanding social media service offerings.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of social media with broader PR, creative, and marketing campaigns.
- Help grow Antenna’s Integrated Marketing business by assisting the internal sales team with the following: Research, Discovery, Strategy Formation, Client Presentations, Scoping/Pricing.
- Champion innovation within the agency’s paid media practice, elevating our capabilities and positioning Antenna Group as a leader in the industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of Paid Media experience- agency experience is a must!
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience collaborating with PR teams- a bonus!
- Experience with any of our sectors (Climate, Real Estate, Healthcare)- a bonus!
- Experience developing B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) paid strategies
- Advanced knowledge of key digital media channels, including paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok, Snap), Google Ads, programmatic platforms, OTT/CTV, content syndication, and direct publisher partnerships. Traditional media experience a plus.
- Strategic understanding of paid media and martech tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Looker Studio, HubSpot, SEMRush, BrightEdge, etc.
- Experience managing large, multi-channel paid media budgets and delivering against efficiency, growth, and ROI targets
- Passion for using 360 marketing campaigns to grow businesses and generate leads
- A love for and curiosity about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
- General knowledge and familiarity with other digital services such as web design, content strategy/messaging, web development, and creative planning & production.
- Flexible and agile; ability to pivot quickly and identify when something isn’t working and provide solutions for alternative actions. Adapts to changes in the work environment. Manages competing demands. Changes approach or method to best fit the situation
