Antenna Group is seeking a Vice President of Social Media to drive high-impact, integrated social strategies for our B2B clients. This senior leader will bring 10+ years of agency experience with a track record of developing and executing sophisticated social programs that align seamlessly with PR and marketing initiatives. 

WHAT YOU’LL DOStrategic Leadership
  • Set the strategic vision for Antenna Group’s social media practice, ensuring alignment with broader PR and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee high-impact, data-driven social strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in the development of integrated, platform-specific marketing solutions that maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Lead social media innovation efforts, identifying emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Oversee and interpret social analytics, using data-driven insights to inform real-time optimizations and long-term strategy adjustments.
  • Conduct high-level social media audits, delivering executive-level strategic recommendations and competitive insights.
  • Lead strategic client presentations, program reviews, and high-stakes planning sessions.
  • Partner with Antenna's Experiences, Growth and HR teams to ensure Antenna's own social profiles reach, engage and inspire the agency's target audiences. 
Program Management 
  • Provide executive oversight on social media initiatives across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms, ensuring strategic alignment and impact.
  • Lead the development of written, visual, and multimedia content strategies that advance clients’ branding, thought leadership, and business growth objectives. 
  • Oversee influencer and brand partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Direct social analytics and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Manage complex client relationships, acting as a senior-level strategic partner and problem solver.
  • Ensure excellence in content development, maintaining high editorial standards across all client-facing social initiatives.
Team Leadership & Business Growth 
  • Lead and mentor the social media team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Play a key role in new business development, driving pitch strategies and expanding social media service offerings.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration of social media with broader PR, creative, and marketing campaigns.
  • Champion innovation within the agency’s social media practice, elevating our capabilities and positioning Antenna Group as a leader in the industry.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B social media experience with proven strategic leadership (agency experience required) 
  • Deep expertise in developing complex social media strategies for sophisticated B2B and B2C clients
  • Strong background in one or more of Antenna's practice areas: Cleantech, Mobility, Real Estate, Healthcare or B2B tech
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing major client relationships
  • Experience leading integrated marketing programs
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent presentation and client communication skills
  • Track record of mentoring and developing team members
