About the Job
- Take full ownership of the sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to closing deals
- Drive the entire RFQ/RFP process: prepare proposals, respond to technical inquiries, and confirm orders
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management
- Ensure smooth internal processes to support sales activities efficiently
- Use our CRM system to track opportunities and customer interactions
- Support and expand our network of agents and distributors
- Manage the sales and marketing budget for your territory
- Actively implement and execute the regional sales strategy
- Represent TOMRA at trade shows and industry events
