Fleet Administrator

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fleet operations? GFL Environmental is looking for a Fleet Administrator to support our team with maintenance tracking, asset management, licensing, and day to day administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Work in maintenance software for tracking within for all locations.
• Assist with fleet registration renewals and compliance.
• Maintain and organize fleet maintenance records (electronic & physical).
• Process buying activities and AP reconciliations related to fleet operations.
• Handle purchase orders, purchasing/receiving, and assist with new equipment setups.
• Coordinate warranty claims, insurance documentation, and fleet-related data tracking.
• Support fleet management with additional projects as needed.

What You Bring:

• Experience with data analysis, and fleet management systems.
• Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes (AP, PO management).
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Workday (WD).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fleet and industrial operations is an asset.
