About the Job
Altruistiq is building a sustainability operating system to support the world's largest consumer companies on their impact journey. We are growing fast, work with some of the best known brands in the world, and are a global organisation with a team based in over a dozen countries.
Note that this role reports directly to the CEO and is central to our growth strategy.
Scope of the role
- Coach and develop our team of Account Executives, improving performance through structured pipeline management, deal reviews, and tactical support;
- Implement and maintain rigorous sales processes including forecast accuracy, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management discipline;
- Support our Account Executives in closing high value opportunities by advising on opportunity prioritisation, deal strategy, and balancing strategic logos with predictable revenue generation;
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships with potential key accounts and strategic partners, demonstrating effective selling techniques while developing the team's capabilities;
- Help create a healthy, high performing commercial team through daily leadership, performance accountability, and effective collaboration with adjacent teams (e.g., marketing, account management);
- Develop our sales playbook and create the scalable foundation to support our growth.
What we're looking for
- Strong B2B commercial background with demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions with 6+ month sales cycles and $100K+ ACVs;
- Experience successfully managing 3-5 sales professionals with proven improvement in their results;
- Track record of introducing and enforcing sales methodology and pipeline discipline that measurably improved forecast accuracy;
- Experience in a scale-up environment balancing immediate revenue delivery with building for the future;
- Detail-oriented approach with natural inclination to dig into the specifics of pipeline, deals, and processes;
- Ability to provide both supportive coaching and clear accountability;
- Readiness to work in a small, lean, operational team and lead by direct example.
