Responsibilities:

Main

• Non-linear structure simulation of air springs components, Evaluation of function and durability
• Kinematic simulation of air springs and gaiters
• Consideration of production processes, requirements and standards, Part optimization to lowest cost designs
• Working according simulation guidelines and their improvement
• Documentation in standard reports

Additional

• Support on conception design and dimensioning of air sping parts
• Support of project and innovation groups
• Secure knowledge e.g. by patents
• Creating new tools for simulation
   

Qualifications:

Education

Engineering degree (Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering or similar)

Professional experience

>3 years related work experience preferable

Specialized knowledge

FEM Software (Abaqus), CAD Software(CATIA)

Language

English fluently

Communicative, solution-oriented, responsible
