Creates, directs and implements integrated messaging and communications strategies and plans to reach internal and external audiences, including our employees, clients, partners and media, investors and Board of Directors, across all digital and in-person channels. Protects, promotes, and enhances AECOM’s brand and reputation, supports the organization in delivering strong results, aligns storytelling to key business priorities, elevates leadership profiles, and spotlights employees and their work to enrich the candidate and employee experience.

Job Summary

• Supports effective communications inside and outside the organisation using proven writing and editing skills.

• Supports in the completion of team projects and goals.

• Implements messaging and communications plans and identifies suitable channels and tactics, based for specific campaign requirements.

• Develops in depth communications skills across all channels and tactics.

• Produces messaging and content using brand guidelines across a number of channels including website and social media, editorial, press releases, promotional materials, event materials, collateral, presentations, newsletters.

• Analyzes data and draws inferences about communications activities.

• Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and partners to advance communications activities.

• Provides guidance to entry level comms team members.
