Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with German and European Vibracoustic companies

• Obtaining supplier declarations from German and European suppliers 

• Assessing supplier declarations in accordance with EU law

• Maintaining origin data in SAP

• Support with preference calculations and issuing supplier declarations / preference certificates

• Possible further support with other customs law issues

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student in the field of international business administration, general business administration, business law or similar

• Very good communication skills in German and English (C1)

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office

• High level of comprehension, structured way of working, ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and commitment

• Ideally 6 months time to work with us
