Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for a Supply Chain Analytics Specialist. This position is hybrid and located in Budapest.

The Fleet Data Analytics role is intended to provide fleet related data analysis and troubleshooting of data systems to facilitate better management of the expanding fleet.

What You Will Do

Extracting Logistics, Orders and Sales data from primary and secondary sources with the help of automated tools.
Performing data validation and removing any corrupt or wrong data.
Utilize and update Fleet databases and dashboards.
Document and update Fleet related processes and procedures.
Generate reports and visuals to share fleet related information.
Assessing the meaning and quality of data through analysis.
Managing SAP master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
Managing SAP, SharePoint and TEAMS users and user roles for fleet sites.
Participate in fleet related calls and meetings.
Organizing data into proper formats for reporting and analysis.
Manage data storage including SharePoint and TEAMS channels.
Helping to develop future fleet tools.
Utilize external systems to provide delivery updates.
Working with customers as needed to facilitate returns of equipment

What You Bring

Required:

Ability to read and understand data from different sources
Ability to share findings and make recommendations on actions to improve fleet management and processes

Preferred:

Experience with data and reporting software such as SAP / IBP, Excel, Power BI
