CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Facilitation
- Facilitate sessions and workshops with product teams and stakeholders for VOCs, project planning/ scoping, timeline and budget development
Project Planning and Strategy
- Identify project goals and objectives
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Create project budget and track expenses
Resource Management
- Identify project resource needs and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Identify and resolve any resource conflicts
Collaboration
- Work with leaders to research new topics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve products
- Create and manage a framework to drive collaboration with finance, project, marketing, and operational leaders
- Provide support to the team for requested tasks, proactively organizing tasks, communicating and developing next steps.
Processes and Practices
- Refine and implement processes for operations and project management such as collaboration framework, global rollouts, roadmap governance, product lifecycle management, innovation, sustainability, budgeting, efficiency, speed to market and framework for lifecycle services transformation.
- Lead the organization in development and adoption of the refined and newly developed process
Initiative Management
- Lead project team meetings and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Manage initiatives end-to-end including initiative plans, scope, budget, timeline, risk, development, testing, marketing, launch and continuous improvement
- Focus on coordination of resources, managing critical paths and adjusting to new developments
- Analyze and identify potential short- and long-term risks to then implement mitigations to support the project’s scope, schedule and budget
Quality Control
- Develop and implement project quality control measures
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards
- Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to project team
Systems and Tools
- Lead the organization in the continuous improvement of tools and templates used for operations and initiative management like Jira, Miro etc.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Create high impact meeting agendas and presentations with business insights for executives and leadership
- Monitor portfolio performance and organizational progress by implementing, monitoring, and reporting on product / portfolio profitability, customer data, and organizational maturity metrics.
- Identify, develop and implement key performance indicators for operations and initiative management
- Lead reporting and communication for recurring reviews.
- Lead the development and implementation of dashboard reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct reviews with the global product managers to validate the project is meeting the marketing requirements
Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
- Communicate project goals and progress to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements
- Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field
- 5 years’ of relevant work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Project Online, Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and implementing project management strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of risk management and project scheduling techniques.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Product Development experience is a plus.

Salary
Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location. Salary range:
