 Capabilities:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate between technical and commercial topics.

• Relationships building with Division Leaders, Commercial teams, Global Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales and IT.
• Documentation and publishing skills like PowerPoint presentations and graphics.
• Data organization, analysis and reporting skill including excel and Power BI.

• External: Appropriate Professional Associations, Vendors
• Internal: Finance, Product Management, Regional Teams, IT, Marketing, Sales, etc.

Qualifications: 

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field
• 5 years’ of relevant work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Project Online, Jira, MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and implementing project management strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of risk management and project scheduling techniques.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Product Development experience is a plus.

Salary

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.

Salary range:

$93,900.00 - $169,000.00
