Im Venture Development bei Enpal Heat arbeitest du direkt mit Top-Entscheider:innen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zusammen. Du erhältst Zugang zu Enpals zentralen Wachstumshebeln und neuen Ventures, bekommst tiefe Einblicke in Strategie, Venture Building und operatives Skalieren – und übernimmst von Anfang an echtes Ownership mit der Perspektive auf einen möglichen Festeinstieg.
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung aktueller Business-Herausforderungen (z. B. Qualitätsprobleme, Prozessineffizienzen, etc.) durch strukturierte Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen
- Identifikation und Priorisierung von Hebeln zur Verbesserung operativer Prozesse gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen
- Quantitative Modellierung und Business Cases für strategische Entscheidungen (z. B. Forecast-Modelle)
- Begleitung von Umsetzungsprojekten und operativer Rollout von Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und Tech
- Entwicklung von Dashboards, Reportings und automatisierten Auswertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit BI (Snowflake, Tableau, airtable)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Installation/Bau, Service und Asset Management zur systematischen Verbesserung der Produkt- und Servicequalität
