We are seeking a skilled <span><strong>Bicycle Production Assembly Worker - (f/m/d)</strong></span> to join our production team in Wijchen and in this role, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process.            Your Mission<br>                We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented assembly workers to join our production team. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality bicycles from the ground up, ensuring every bike meets our standards for performance, durability, and finish.<br><ul><li>Assemble complete bicycles from frame to final check, following SOPs and technical documentation</li><li>Install and calibrate drivetrain, brakes, wheels, cockpit components, and electronics</li><li>Conduct in-line quality checks to ensure every build meets specifications</li><li>Identify and report deviations or issues with parts or processes</li><li>Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily output targets</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li></ul>            Your skills and qualifications<br>                <ul><li>Proven experience in bike or mechanical assembly (1–2 years preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of bicycle components and mechanical systems</li><li>Familiarity with torque specs, hydraulic systems, and adjustment procedures</li><li>Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain consistent output quality</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>            What you can expect from us<br>                <ul><li>A challenge in a fast-growing industry</li><li>Take responsibility from day one – take ownership of projects and follow a steep learning curve!</li><li>We are an international, highly motivated and fast-growing team, in which teamwork comes first.</li><li>We are still in the early stages – as a leader, you will build your own team.</li><li>You will have access to an amazing network of experienced technicians who are always willing to help if you need assistance.</li><li>Competitive salary and 28 days holiday per year.</li></ul>            Diversity<br>                We believe diversity makes us stronger!
