This role focuses on managing a small team of leadership development professionals all aimed at enhancing the capabilities of senior leaders, including C-suite executives, through tailored learning experiences, executive coaching, and strategic talent initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness.  The role reports to the Director of Talent Management in Newark, California with a strong dotted line into the Learning and Development Manager at our Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Casa Grande, AZ.
