We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Daily operational management and transport planning</li><li>First point of contact for the drivers, carriers and workshops</li><li>Secure driver planning and support the drivers with their daily tasks</li><li>Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations</li><li>Collaboration with Operations Manager to develop and maintain optimal customer experience in the Benelux</li><li>Performance analysis and optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)</li><li>Previous experience in transport planning and/or customer facing role</li><li>Strong collaborator</li><li>Strong service and solution oriented mindset</li><li>Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions</li><li>Fluent in Dutch &amp; English</li><li>Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is nice to have</li></ul><p>This is a fulltime position. You will initially work remotely anywhere in the Netherlands and you are prepared to travel occasionally to customers across the Benelux.
