Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group — and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.ABOUT THE ROLE The EMEA Transportation Planner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing transportation plans across Europe, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Support the rollout and daily use of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across EMEA.</li><li>Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient and on time deliveries.</li><li>Monitor shipments through TMS and carrier tracking tools, solving issues as they arise.</li><li>Optimize routes, carrier selection, and transport plans to improve cost and delivery performance.</li><li>Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Manage carrier allocation, rate processes, and regular operational reviews. Ensure agreed transportation allocation and backup processes are followed.</li><li>Handle daily unplanned transport events.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all transport activities.</li><li>Control transportation costs, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and performance metrics.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>Preferably University degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Management or related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in transport operations or claiming within Supply Chain.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions within defined parameters.</li><li>Skills in Project Management, Planning, and Transportation Management.</li><li>Fluent in English + an additional European language.</li><li>Problem Solving mind.
