The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial management of renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle — from development to construction — ensuring sound financial control, accurate reporting, and meaningful business insights.<h2>Job Description:</h2>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, analyze, and consolidate budget data in line with business plan guidelines and inputs from Business Lines, Divisions, and Staff structures.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with budgeted amounts and consistency with project progress.</li><li>Prepare and update short-term forecasts on project costs and cash flow.</li><li>Produce management reports and reporting packages for shareholders.</li><li>Share financial data with Group Accounting to ensure accurate consolidation of company and group results.</li><li>Support the implementation and optimization of the ERP system and other reporting tools.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>2-3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a project-based environment or within the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/reporting tools.</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.</li></ul>Pay And Benefits With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
