Compliance</p><ul><li>Create and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.</li><li>Lead and mentor the TA &amp; Admin team</li><li>Maintain accurate employee data, records, and HRIS updates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.</li></ul><p>HR Policy Implementation</p><ul><li>Ensure employees understand and follow HR policies.</li><li>Update policies and communicate changes.</li><li>Analyze HR metrics and reports</li></ul><p>Talent Acquisition</p><ul><li>Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s hiring needs</li><li>Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to fulfill staffing requirements.</li><li>Own offer negotiation, compensation discussions, and issuance of offer letters.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between hiring managers and TA team.</li></ul><p>Onboarding, Induction &amp; Training</p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end onboarding processes (documentation, systems setup, day-one coordination).</li><li>Coordinate functional training plans in collaboration with managers and external partners</li></ul><p>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.</li><li>Work closely with managers to drive performance conversations and employee development.</li><li>Design initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.</li><li>Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.</li><li>Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills and Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.</li><li>9-12 years of experience in HR generalist, HR operations, Talent Acquisition, or similar hands-on HR roles.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience leading HR / Admin teams</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Experience in handling onboarding, induction, and training coordination.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and HR documentation.</li><li>Hands-on experience in “Workday”</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills for handling offers and compensation discussions.</li><li>High attention to detail &amp;
