Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for effective functioning of Medical service and nurses</li><li>Prepare Health budget with support of HSE manager and ensure running according to authorized budget</li><li>Day to day management of the medical service and communication with HSE Manager</li><li>Maintain, improve, lead and supervise performance of health system/Program</li><li>Responsible for the evaluation of workplace studies/ergonomic assessments and implementation of required measures derived from studies to ensure meeting of requirements (Requirements applicable to health)</li><li>Ensure availability of basic medicines required/equipments for medical emergencies and perform periodical/pre-employment check ups</li><li>Develop and performe health trainings/Health talks and material for campains/communications</li><li>Support to coordinate activities during HSE week and other activities to reinforce Safety and health culture</li><li>Ensure compliance with health legislation and other requirements related to medical service (including civil protection permit, Operating licenses, workplace studies, corporate,ergonomics,IMSS, ISO 45001,Cofepris, and other voluntary programs from government).</li><li>Activities for prevention of occupational diseases/accidents and handling of medical cases according to legal/internal requirements (ST7, ST2, ST9, SIAAT)</li><li>Safety/health control and risks management (Incluiding for vulnerable groups)</li><li>Develop, update and retain documentation/records of employees</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Degree in medicine</li><li>5 years experience in position similar, preferent related to automotive industry or manufacturing processes</li><li>Legal requirements and procedures for legal compliance.</li><li>ISO 45001</li><li>Ergonomics</li><li>Occupational Medicine and NOM 030 STPS</li><li>Health and Hygiene legal requirements (STPS, Cofepris, Social Security)</li><li>Response in emergencies (Desirable knowledge)</li><li>English</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
