Position As a Hardware / PCB Design Engineer, you will take ownership of the electronic hardware design for our soil sensor system, including sensor interfaces, power management, and communication modules integrated into a rugged metal sensor head. You will design reliable, manufacturable PCBs that integrate optical and electrochemical sensing components, ensuring signal integrity, noise immunity, and long-term durability in harsh agricultural environments. You will work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to bring electronic designs from concept and schematic capture through prototyping, validation, and scalable manufacturing. You will <ul><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">PCBA design for manufacturing, utilizing understanding of various manufacturing processes</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Power electronics design, Analog, and Digital circuit design, Impedance matching</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Schematic creation, prototyping and bringup, reliability, and production.</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Schematics capture and PCB layout in Altium Designer</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Characterization of in-house designed and off-the-shelf components</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Simulation and modeling using circuit simulation tools</li><li style="font-family:Arial , Helvetica , sans-serif;">Documentation of performed experiments/measurements</li></ul> You have <ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable Studies. </li><li>At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>At least 4 years experience with Altium Designer.
