This is a high‑impact position where your ideas, expertise, and curiosity will help define the performance envelope of tomorrow’s high‑value measurement instruments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop precision, high‑speed, RF analog, and mixed‑signal circuitry for next‑generation probes and oscilloscope acquisition systems.</li><li>Prepare documentation to support product planning and system architecture.</li><li>Create schematics and oversee the layout of complex high‑frequency PCBs, including ceramic and organic packages.</li><li>Design test fixtures and implement automated test routines to validate prototypes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—Marketing, Electrical, Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing engineers—to transform concepts into market‑ready products.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and review product modifications throughout their operational lifecycle.</li></ul>Required Education and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 4+ years of electronic design experience, or</li><li>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 2+ years electronic design experience.</li></ul>Core Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>Strong logical thinking and rapid learning ability, with a genuine drive to expand knowledge.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of high‑speed analog design, signal integrity, transmission lines, RF, and microwave principles.</li><li>Proficiency in analyzing circuits in both frequency and time domains.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive meetings, conduct design reviews, and create clear technical content (drawings, slides, graphs) to explain complex systems/data.</li><li>Broad knowledge of electronic design, including power supplies, microcontrollers, clocking, transistor‑level design, and PCBA technologies.</li><li>Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams (Mechanical, Software, QA, Manufacturing).</li><li>Skilled in using test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes and network analyzers; familiar with calibration, automation, and SMD soldering.</li><li>Competence in design simulation and analysis using tools like Orcad, PSpice, Excel, Ansys, and MATLAB.</li><li>Ability to script in Python, VB, or similar languages for measurement automation and data analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Capable of managing projects or subsystems with attention to schedule, cost, and material requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Foundational understanding of digital signal processing theory.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $90,800.00-$121,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
