This is a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of our business, optimize performance, and play a central role in advancing our mission in the ESG software space.<h3>Reponsibilities </h3><ul><li>Strategic Finance &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO on financial planning, growth strategy, and capital allocation.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, balancing rigor with agility.</li><li>Provide financial insight and decision support across all business functions (Sales, Product, Operations, HR).</li><li>Oversee revenue management, including forecasting, pricing strategies, contract renewals, and revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Manage procurement strategy and vendor relationships to optimize cost, risk, and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Fundraising &amp; Investor Relations<ul><li>Lead equity and debt fundraising processes, including VC rounds, extensions, and strategic financings</li><li>Develop and maintain investor materials (pitch decks, financial models, data rooms)</li><li>Manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, lenders, and financial advisors</li><li>Own board and investor reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight</li></ul>M&amp;A and Corporate Development<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and execute M&amp;A, partnership, and strategic investment opportunities</li><li>Lead financial due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations</li><li>Oversee post-acquisition integration from a financial and operational perspective</li><li>Coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors throughout transactions</li></ul>Financial Operations &amp; Execution<ul><li>Own all core financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and statutory reporting across jurisdictions (as applicable).</li><li>Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.</li><li>Lead tax planning and regulatory compliance, supporting operational scalability and risk mitigation.
