The OpportunityInCharge Energy is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and organizational scaling as we continue to build a market-leading EV infrastructure platform. This role is responsible for the full finance function, including accounting, FP&amp;A, and capital strategy—while also overseeing the company’s People (HR) organization.The CFO will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, owning both the financial integrity of the business and the organizational infrastructure required to scale effectively. Organizational Design<ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing organization across:</li><ul><li>Finance (Accounting, FP&amp;A, Revenue)</li><li>People/HR</li></ul><li>Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and performance standards</li><li>Scale teams and structure in line with company growth</li></ul>Your Experience &amp; Capabilities<ul><li>10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including experience as a CFO or senior finance leader</li><li>Strong experience across accounting, FP&amp;A, and financial operations</li><li>Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience overseeing or closely partnering with People/HR functions</li><li>Proven ability to build and scale financial systems, processes, and teams</li><li>Experience with capital strategy, fundraising, and investor engagement</li><li>Experience supporting Board reporting and executive-level decision making</li><li>Strong understanding of operational finance, including project-based or field service environments</li><li>Experience with inventory management, hardware costing, and unit economics</li><li>Ability to translate operational performance into clear financial insights</li><li>Experience operating in a high-growth, evolving environment</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required;
