In partnership with HR and Business Leadership, the L&amp;OD Manager utilizes data to create and implement learning programs aligned to business needs and objectives.JOB DUTIES<ul style=""><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving Learning &amp; Development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and foster a strong, inclusive culture.</li><li>Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide development strategy, conducting regular assessments to ensure adoption and positive progress towards goals and target outcomes.</li><li>Champion a positive working environment, fostering inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Oversee the design and implementation of learning systems that drive employee development, accountability, and organizational progression.</li><li>Design and implement robust development programs to equip leaders and employees with the skills and knowledge needed for current and future organizational success.</li><li>Drive adoption of learning platforms and create/promote self-service tools and resources</li><li>Leverage data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop actionable learning paths that align with individual and organizational objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with leaders at all levels to create and implement learning paths that enhance employee engagement, retention, and the overall workplace environment.</li><li>Provide 1-1 leadership and development coaching at all levels of leadership</li></ul>EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, &amp; SKILLSRequired Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of L&amp;OD experience, with a proven track record in transforming Learning practices and policies.</li><li>2-3 years HR/management experience building and leading a team from the ground up</li><li>Proven experience in implementing, optimizing, and scaling learning platforms (preferably Rippling or Lattice)</li><li>Proven experience scaling in a hyper-growth environment, preferably within a tech startup.</li><li>People first and action oriented mindset; willing to roll up your sleeves attitude</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence and develop leaders at all levels</li><li>Proven leadership influence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills<ul style=""><li>CPTD a plus</li></ul>Additional Information<ul style=""><li>Travel may be required on a quarterly basis</li></ul>
