Internal Communications Manager - Europe and IndiaWe are seeking a skilled and delivery-focused Internal Communications Manager to join our high-performing internal communications team supporting Europe and India. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with strong technical expertise, particularly in digital media, and the ability to operate effectively within a large, complex organisation.As a key member of the regional internal communications function, you will play a critical role in executing strategic communication plans, producing high-impact content, and managing stakeholder relationships to drive employee engagement and alignment with our purpose, values, and growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Delivery and Execution<ul><li>Support the development and implementation of internal communications strategies aligned with regional and global business priorities.</li><li>Translate strategic objectives into clear, engaging, and actionable communication plans.</li><li>Deliver high-quality communications across multiple channels, ensuring consistency of voice and alignment with brand guidelines.</li><li>Use data and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve communication effectiveness.</li></ul>Digital Media and Technical Expertise<ul><li>Lead the creation and optimisation of digital content, including intranet, video, email campaigns, and social platforms.</li><li>Champion innovative communication tools and technologies to enhance employee experience and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging is visually compelling and accessible across platforms.</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and functional teams to understand communication needs and deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Provide communication counsel and support to stakeholders, helping them connect with employees through effective storytelling and messaging.</li><li>Support leadership visibility through curated content, events, and internal platforms.</li></ul>Content Development and Writing<ul><li>Craft clear, concise, and compelling content for a variety of audiences and formats, including executive messages, campaign materials, and change communications.</li><li>Ensure all content is inclusive, aligned with business priorities, and reflective of our organisational tone and values.</li><li>Maintain editorial standards and contribute to a consistent narrative across the region.</li></ul>Change and Crisis Communications<ul><li>Support the delivery of communications related to organisational change, transformation, and integration projects.</li><li>Assist in crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring timely and transparent messaging that protects employee trust and business continuity.</li></ul>Collaboration and Integration<ul><li>Work closely with global and enterprise communications colleagues to share best practices and ensure a unified employee experience.</li><li>Help connect external market and client insights to internal messaging, reinforcing our growth ambition and strategic direction.</li></ul>
