You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital campaigns, from initial conception and audience segmentation to campaign flight and performance attribution. While you’ll have a design team to bring your visual concepts to life, you are the architect. You will own the pipes (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot), the fuel (ZoomInfo), and the engines (CMS, LinkedIn &amp; Digital Networks) to ensure our message reaches the right person at the right time. Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Email).</li><li>Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li><li>Utilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects, ensuring the Sales team has a steady stream of qualified pipeline.</li><li>Direct-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks, optimizing for conversion.</li><li>Track the full funnel. You’ll be responsible for reporting on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) using Salesforce dashboards.</li><li>Maintain the integrity of data flowing between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead routing.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment. </li><li>3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot aka Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Trailhead certifications are a plus). Proficiency in tag, keyword and SEO best practices, optimization and management. Experience using Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Proven track record of managing $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic display networks.</li><li>High proficiency in ZoomInfo (Marketing &amp; SalesOS) for list building, intent monitoring, and database enrichment.</li><li>You don't just export data; you interpret it.
