Systematically records the nonconformity or event reports issued and identifies appropriate corrective actions.</li><li>·Manages collaboration of measurement instruments and related certifications.</li><li>Inform the Project Manager or Plan Manager of any deviations.    </li><li>Checks the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards, and/or directives.</li><li>Ensure that the inspections are conducted and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.</li><li>·Makes site personnel aware of and train them on quality topics.</li><li>Ensures, whenever necessary, the update of site quality control plans / control procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must be a team player and have effective communication skills in dealing with co-workers and any other work-related contacts.</li><li>Bachelor’s/associate degree in related field preferred, but high school graduate is a minimum.</li><li>Prior experience with wind turbines, solar equipment and battery energy storage systems preferred.</li><li>Must be willing to follow all company directives and safety procedures.</li><li> Six years or more of work in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.</li><li>Possess a professional QAQC certification. ASQ certification preferred – Certified Quality Inspector or other nationally recognized certification.</li><li>Possess the ability to read and understand product drawings and to ensure compliance and adherence to all safety and quality expectations according to rules, regulations, and standards set by LRE.</li><li> Working knowledge and ability to use measuring instruments and test equipment</li><li>·Must be proficient in all Microsoft Suite programs</li><li>·Experience with Maximo preferred</li><li> Knowledgeable of ISO 9001 program elements and ability to transfer that knowledge into actionable items in the renewable energy business.</li><li>·        Strong computer skills required.</li><li>·        Strong analytical skills required.</li><li>·        Strong written and oral communication skills are required.</li><li>·        Valid Driver’s license is required.</li><li>·        Expected travel will be up to 75%.</li><li>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</li><li>Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, and comprehension.</li><li>Will be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely.</li><li>Will be required to climb wind turbine towers.</li><li>Able to complete the Leeward QEW (qualified electrical worker) program within the first year.</li><li>Able to complete the competent climber and training on all Leeward rescue equipment.
