Right now, we’re laying the foundation for our next wave of growth.  We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.<h1>Job description</h1>We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for our storage infrastructure.Who Can Apply:· Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in SAN Storage administration.· Freshers or early-career professionals passionate to learn data storage.· Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.· Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, including 24x7 on-call support.What You'll Do:· Provide L1 support for SAN, NAS, and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.· Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.· Work closely with Hitachi teams (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers) and customers to deliver and implement storage solutions.· Monitor storage performance and capacity; identify and address potential issues early.· Administer Hitachi storage platforms or similar systems like Dell EMC, NetApp, or HPE.· Communicate clearly and collaborate well with team members and clients.#LI-RS1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
