Your mission Position, Location, Department  Full-time | Czech Republic | Sales Europe  Position Summary  The Sales Manager Czech Republic is responsible for driving business development and market expansion for photovoltaic (PV) modules in the Czech Republic, with a primary focus on project business across Commercial &amp; Industrial (C&amp;I) and utility-scale segments. The role owns the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation, signature, and payment collection while building long-term customer relationships with EPCs, developers, investors, and key project stakeholders. This position is an individual contributor role with strong commercial ownership, a hands-on execution focus, and close coordination with internal and regional teams.  Reporting Line  Reports to the Regional Sales Director  Major Responsibilities <ul><li>Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the Czech Republic, with a focus on project business (C&amp;I and utility-scale projects) </li><li>Develop new project customers including EPCs, developers, investors, and utilities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing assigned customers </li><li>Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection </li><li>Lead customer enquiries through to commercial closure and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders </li><li>Draft and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets, project pipelines, and market strategy </li><li>Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contractual terms in line with company policies and risk management requirements </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery </li><li>Manage customer portfolios including sales forecast collection, order pipeline tracking, and risk control related to delivery schedules and payment security </li><li>Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information to support strategic planning and market positioning </li><li>Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, negotiations, and customer activities to the Country Sales Manager </li><li>Support brand promotion through trade fairs, conferences, technical seminars, and customer events </li><li>Maintain strong communication and alignment with headquarters functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives </li><li>Protect corporate interests and strengthen the company’s market reputation in the Czech project market </li></ul>Performance Indicators <ul><li>Revenue and margin growth from project business </li><li>Sales pipeline development and forecast accuracy </li><li>Number and volume of successfully secured PV projects </li><li>Timely contract execution and payment collection </li><li>Customer acquisition and retention in project segment </li><li>Market share growth within assigned project segments </li><li>Quality and timeliness of reporting </li></ul> Your profile Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in PV module sales or project development within the solar industry </li><li>Experience working with EPCs, developers, or project stakeholders in C&amp;I or utility-scale solar projects is strongly preferred </li><li>Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and project structures is an advantage </li><li>Fluent in Czech and English (professional working proficiency, C1 level) </li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies <ul><li>Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills with proven deal-closing capability </li><li>Customer-focused and relationship-driven working style, particularly within project-based sales environments </li><li>Structured and results-oriented execution approach with strong ownership of sales outcomes </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams </li><li>Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and multiple stakeholders simultaneously </li><li>Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude </li><li>Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies </li><li>Strong alignment and communication skills when working with regional and headquarters teams </li></ul>Travel Requirement  Regular travel within the Czech Republic   Occasional travel within Europe
