<ul><li>Support Bid Strategy &amp; Readiness: Assist with Go/No-Go decisions, readiness assessments, and maintain CRM (Salesforce) accuracy for regional pursuits.</li><li>Proposal Development: Contribute to pre-RFP planning, proposal writing/editing (e.g., executive summaries, cover letters), and content planning with compliance and messaging guidance.</li><li>Document &amp; Compliance Management: Analyze tender documents, identify ambiguities, manage clarifications, facilitate review cycles, and ensure final proposal compliance.</li><li>Cost Estimation &amp; Technical Input: Calculate labor costs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors for data and guidance.</li><li>Client &amp; Industry Research: Conduct background research to inform proposals and support positioning for specific clients, portfolios, or sectors.</li><li>Team &amp; Relationship Building: Foster internal collaboration, support team formation for pursuits, and participate in pre-bid meetings to build external relationships.</li><li>Process Improvement &amp; Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with senior staff on complex pursuits, identify and manage risks, and lead process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Final Production &amp; Packaging: Oversee document layout and production (e.g., Word, InDesign), ensure brand consistency, and compile comprehensive bid packages.</li></ul>
