You’ll support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of Tomorrow.io’s weather systems, including radar and weather stations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably across multiple international sites.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Lead and execute on-site technical challenges during global operations.</li><li>Manage the deployment, installation, calibration, operation, and disassembly of weather systems.</li><li>Ensure technical readiness and uptime before, during, and after events.</li><li>Support field logistics, including transporting equipment, setup coordination, and on-site troubleshooting.</li><li>Serve as an on-site point of contact during field activities reflecting the field-centric nature of the job. </li><li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and meteorology teams to define configurations and integrations, and bring resolution to customer projects.</li><li>Support customer discussions, clarify system capabilities, and document solution designs.</li><li>Ensure deployed systems meet technical, operational, and customer needs.</li><li>Represent Tomorrow.io in the field with professionalism, precision, and technical excellence.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>3+ years of experience working in an Enterprise SaaS, B2B, customer-facing role.</li><li>Hands-on experience with weather systems, such as weather stations, radars, or environmental monitoring equipment. </li><li>Valid international driver’s license (or ability to obtain one), and comfort managing travel logistics and equipment transport.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally at a significant frequency throughout the year (approximately ~70%).</li><ul><li>Reliable/practical access to a major international airport strongly preferred.</li></ul><li>Hands-on, practical mindset, able to solve complex issues in dynamic conditions.</li><li>Ability to design solutions involving hardware, software, and data flows.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.</li><li>Proven teamwork and coordination skills for working alongside a small field team.</li><li>Clear communication and customer-facing technical presentation abilities.</li><li>Independent, proactive, and resourceful, someone who gets things done.</li></ul>Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on field role that involves working in dynamic, real-world environments.
