As part of our continued growth across Europe, we are now looking for an O2C (Order-To-Cash) Billing &amp; Master Data Specialist to join our operations at our Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Belgrade. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate revenue processes, compliant invoicing, and strong audit readiness across our New Markets at TOMRA Collection.As a Billing &amp; Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end billing cycle and the quality of financial master data that underpins TOMRA’s revenue processes. You will ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time, supported by clean and accurate customer, contract, and product data.You will collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Care, and Market Support teams, working in a structured, international environment where accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement are key.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:<ul><li>Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly following installation, ensuring contractual and SLA compliance</li><li>Create complete invoice packs, upload invoices to retailer portals, and manage split billing where required</li><li>Monitor payment terms, manage the PO inbox, and support OCR routing and reconciliation</li><li>Maintain and update financial master data (customer, product, contract, and process data) in ERP systems</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies, maintaining strong audit trails and documentation (EDM)</li><li>Support SLA reviews and ensure contract correctness across billing processes</li><li>Handle and resolve billing disputes, escalating issues when needed and collaborating across functions to ensure timely resolution</li></ul>What You BringWe are looking for someone who has:<ul><li>Experience in Order-to-Cash, billing, revenue operations, or master data management</li><li>A high level of attention to detail and a structured approach to work</li><li>Confidence working with ERP systems and financial data</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)</li><li>The ability to collaborate across teams in an international environment</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience working in a Shared Service Centre or multinational organisation</li><li>Exposure to audit support, compliance-focused roles, or contract-based billing</li></ul>
