As a Learning Coordinator, your responsibility is to support the Global Training Administrators team's use of Ramboll’s global Learning Management System (LMS). You will provide timely responses to queries/issues, and facilitate the creation of new training resources, e.g., Event, sessions, online courses, in the system.  As part of a team, you will carry out the operations of day-to-day tasks and back-end support for our global LMS (Ramboll Academy). You will troubleshoot issues and liaise with the LMS vendor to resolve them. This role requires professional communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the world.The roles require a good working knowledge of training administration and Learning Management Systems experience. Experience with Cornerstone and/or Workday Learning is preferable.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Deliver first-line support and guidance to our Training Administrators and end users in respect of our global LMS (Ramboll Academy).  </li><li>Be responsible for supporting administration functions with a thorough understanding of all training material types and methods of implementation.</li><li>Demonstrate a good understanding of how Learning Management Systems work, and the importance of standards and governance.</li><li>Support setting up e-learning courses in the LMS (upload, test, and roll out).</li><li>Have a sound knowledge of Training rollouts via the LMS.</li><li>Create and share standard reports, custom reports, and dashboards through the LMS.</li><li>Work on both simple and complex LMS issues, where you are allowed strong independent action and latitude.</li><li>Manage issues, questions, and service requests via our Support Portal.</li><li>Follow the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and guidelines for handling the tickets</li><li>Escalate issues internally within the team and with Stakeholders, and externally with the LMS vendor support team.</li><li>Keep yourself up to date with the latest features and functionality and share how they can fulfill business needs. </li><li>Excel in a collaborative environment, but also take responsibility &amp; ownership of tasks.</li><li>Be clear, concise, and accurate in communications with customers and stakeholders.</li></ul>
