Based in our Paris office, your main mission will be to support the team on Learning &amp; Development topics.   JOB DESCRIPTION As our Learning &amp; Development Intern, with the support of the Learning &amp; Development Lead, you will be working on:●      Supporting the design and execution of training programs, including Onboarding●      Coordinating logistics of the L&amp;D events and tracking attendance●      Helping with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools●      Monitoring the effectiveness of our learning programs ●      Preparing engaging internal communication around our programs●      Providing user support on the learning platform/programs YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF:●      You’re motivated to develop your Learning &amp; Development knowledge and skills in an environment working towards building a sustainable future.●      You possess a strong sense of rigor and excellent analytical skills.●      You have advanced Excel skill and are comfortable using PowerPoint.●      You have strong organization and time management skills.●      You love human contact and have strong communication skills.●      You are service oriented and have team spirit and can-do attitude.●      You are curious and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability●      You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication).
