Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead and coordinate technical service support across SEA region (  Food industry  )</li><li>Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting for customers, OEMs, and sales teams</li><li>Perform equipment / plant inspections and lubrication assessments</li><li>Prepare professional technical reports and product recommendations</li><li>Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships through technical engagement</li><li>Work closely with sales teams to support customer visits and solution-based selling</li><li>Support OEM technical recommendations and approvals</li><li>Contribute to product improvement and feedback to regional/global teams</li><li>Participate in technical events, exhibitions, and industry seminars</li><li>Provide technical input on market trends and customer needs (non-commercial)</li><li>Develop technical reports and recommendations for customers</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and tools</li><li>Support regional initiatives related to technical service excellence and customer experience</li><li>Manage local and regional business requirements like training, use technology link to all stakeholders (KL Sales &amp; Channel Partners), create platform’s to reinforce knowledge improvement.</li><li>Provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for the existing customers’ expectation.</li><li>Deliver technical training, seminars, and workshops for customers and sales teams</li><li>Initiate, maximize opportunities with focus on OEM operation of existing and new approvals / recommendations with activities at their subsidiaries in the region.</li><li>Special projects and assignments by superior and required by business</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Engineering degree (Mechanical / Chemical or related field)</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or application engineering, preferably within the lubrication / specialty lubricants industry</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in lubrication systems, tribology, or industrial maintenance practices</li><li>Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for industrial applications</li><li>Experience working with industrial customers and OEMs, ideally in sectors such as cement, steel, food, or manufacturing</li><li>Strong technical problem-solving and analytical capability</li><li>Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)</li><li>Willingness to travel regionally</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
