We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end‑to‑end recruitment activities across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational excellence, candidate experience management, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers, HR and Key Stakeholders. You will play a critical role in interview coordination, candidate engagement, reference checks, pre-employment assessment test and junior to early‑career hiring, particularly for engineering and technical roles.Responsibilities / TasksTalent Acquisition Operations &amp; Interview Management<ul><li>Manage and coordinate end‑to‑end interview logistics, including scheduling panel interviews across multiple time zones in SEA</li><li>Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partner with interview preparation, calendar management, and feedback collection.</li><li>Managing KPI driven recruitment related activities, ensuring the alignment with hiring roadmaps and timelines.</li><li>Managing recruitment process and candidate recruitment journey (interview arrangements, reference check, pre-employment assessment test, medical check arrangement, personal data collections to onboarding).</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination for virtual and onsite interviews</li></ul>Candidate Management &amp; Experience<ul><li>Own all candidate touchpoints, ensuring timely communication, follow‑ups, and a positive candidate experience</li><li>Track and manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (Workdays)</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment data, interview status, and hiring documentation</li><li>Support offer preparation coordination and pre‑onboarding activities (where applicable)</li></ul>Junior &amp; Early‑Career Hiring<ul><li>Support recruitment for junior, entry‑level, fresh graduate, and early‑career engineering positions</li><li>Assist with university hiring, internship conversions, and pipeline hiring initiatives (as needed)</li><li>Conduct initial resume screening for junior roles based on defined hiring criteria</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>At least 2 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or HR operations</li><li>Experience supporting high‑volume or junior hiring is highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with SEA hiring cultures and stakeholder expectations is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills; comfortable handling multiple roles and stakeholders</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Candidate‑centric mindset with high attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working with Workdays and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Excel, scheduling platforms)</li><li>Able to work independently while collaborating with regional teams</li><li>Proactive and hands‑on execution style, comfortable working with structured processes and documentation, strong follow‑through and ownership mentality, adaptable to fast‑moving hiring needs and changing priorities, professional, respectful, and culturally sensitive communication style.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
