This role partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights that drive business decisions. The analyst plays a key role in budgeting, long‑range planning, and executive reporting.This position is based in Dallas, Texas.<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.</li><li>Analyze financial results and profitability at the project, business unit, and company level.</li><li>Develop insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support leadership decision-making.</li></ul>Planning, Budgeting &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Support the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range strategic planning processes.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional inputs before, during, and after planning cycles to ensure accuracy and alignment.</li></ul>Business Partnership<ul><li>Serve as a trusted financial partner to internal stakeholders, supporting business performance discussions.</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting for month end close activities including reclass of expenses to ensure alignment with budgets/forecast.</li></ul><ul><li>Support preparation of executive and Board-level presentations.</li></ul>Process Improvement &amp; Systems<ul><li>Improve financial processes, models, and systems related to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>Drive the adoption of Power BI reporting and AI‑assisted tools to enhance core business processes</li></ul><ul><li>Quickly learn and effectively utilize financial systems and new software tools.</li></ul>Ad Hoc &amp; Special Projects<ul><li>Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects for senior FP&amp;A leadership.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial models and variance analysis.</li><li>Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance partners</li><li>Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a complex organization.</li><li>Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., D365, Power BI, planning tools).</li><li>Experience creating materials for executive and board audiences.</li></ul><h1>#LIHybrid</h1><h1>Physical Demands:</h1><ul><li>Position will require sitting for long periods of time as well as occasionally lifting up to twenty-pound boxes.</li></ul>Applicants must have current authorization to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for an employment visa now or in the future.
