We are present on four continents and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Main purpose of position Currently we are looking for an Senior Site Planner in Abu Qir , Egypt to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As a Senior Site Planner, you will be responsible for monitoring site activities and supporting projects in alignment with all core processes, procedures, templates, and tools as defined within Scatec. Main responsibilities  <ul> <li>Follow guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the Operating System</li> <li>Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimization of the Operating System</li> <li>Assist Lead Project Planner to compile the Overall Master Project Programme (schedule) integrating the standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and baseline preparation.</li> <li>Review the contractors’ Planning Package: Baseline, Programme Basis Memorandum, Manpower and Machinery histograms and S-Curve.</li> <li>Coordinate Project Planners in the project to adhere to Scatec’s planning best practices.</li> <li>Follow up the submission of contractors’ reports.</li> <li>Prepare graphical and numerical Construction Daily Report.</li> <li>Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the Overall Master Project Programme.</li> <li>Prepare / update the construction KPI dashboard.</li> <li>Understand contractual matter, identify critical milestones and notifications.</li> <li>Track and monitor all site activities on a daily basis and highlighting any deviations.</li> <li>Communicate with the team members about activities to be performed during the coming week and issue site look-aheads as needed.</li> <li>Analyze gaps between planned and actual progress.</li> <li>Report project progress </li></ul> Qualifications and competencies  <ul> <li>Education: Formal Technical Qualification (Engineering, Construction, Project Management).</li> <li>Experience: 6+ years of project planning and scheduling experience in an EPC organization.</li> <li>Language: fluent English both written and spoken (and other languages if needed or ideal).</li> <li>Planning Tools Knowledge: Primavera, MS Projects, MS Office.</li></ul> Ideal: <ul> <li>Experience leading people.</li> <li>Experience in MEGA / Large scale EPC projects.</li> <li>Experience with civil construction projects.</li> <li>Experience with renewables projects</li> <li>Experience with construction of high voltage networks and sub-stations</li></ul> Personal characteristics It is part of every employees’ terms of reference to contribute to Scatec's vision: Improving our Future and adhere to our company values which are:<ul> <li>Predictable: demonstrate clear communication and listening skills, shares information in an open and honest way</li> <li>Driving results: demonstrate determination, pro-activeness, can prioritise and work independently</li> <li>Changemaker: demonstrate entrepreneurship, can challenge, fast learner, take initiates and adjust</li> <li>Working together: demonstrate teamwork, shares responsibilities, can compromise, has a can-do attitude</li></ul> We offer Scatec is an exciting, innovative and ambitious company operating in a growing industry.
