Job OverviewThe Business Development Associate will play a critical role in identifying and initiating conversations with potential partners for TerraCycle’s Commercial Recycling division. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to gain experience in sales, lead generation, and business outreach. The primary focus of this role is front-end sales activities, including researching prospects, cold outreach, and pipeline development to support the growth of TerraCycle’s recycling solutions.
