This is a fixed-term summer position, running until mid-August. The HR Assistant supports the HR team in daily HR operations and works closely with employees, line managers, and other support functions.Key tasks:- Assisting with employment-related matters- Updating and maintaining employee data in HR systems- Supporting the verification and monitoring of hourly employees’ working hours- Maintaining HR documentation in systems and collecting payroll-related materials to be submitted to the outsourced payroll provider- Assisting in the recruitment process- Supporting onboarding arrangements for new employees and summer trainees - Preparing and coordinating onboarding materials RequirementsAre you the one we are looking for? <ul><li>Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR some prior experience in HR-related tasks</li><li>Interest in practical, operational HR work</li><li>Good organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul>Why should you join?Personal growth is guaranteed.
