As we grow our presence in the Japanese market through our Reseller network, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Worldwide Sales Operations team.</p><p>This is a great entry point into international Sales Operations. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, help keep our Japan channel running smoothly, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes and tools. If you are a Japanese-speaking student with an interest in business operations and technology, we would love to hear from you.</p><p> </p><h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><p><strong>Sales Operations Support with Japan Market</strong></p><ul><li>Be the operational connection between NavVis and our Japan Reseller — following up on open items, coordinating requests, and making sure sales operations tasks move forward without delays.</li><li>Help track upcoming contract and subscription renewals, create quotes, ensuring timely follow-up with the Reseller and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain and update CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics), keeping opportunity data, contacts, and activities accurate and up to date.</li><li>Assist with order entry and basic order tracking, flagging any issues to the team early.</li><li>Help prepare status updates and materials for Reseller check-ins and business reviews</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting Support</strong></p><ul><li>Help pull together regular reports and update dashboards in Power BI based on existing templates.</li><li>Support the team with ad hoc data tasks such as data clean-up, list management, and simple analysis.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><p><strong>Language Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Native or near-native Japanese (written and spoken) — essential for communicating effectively with our Japan Reseller.</li><li>Good English skills to work comfortably within our international team.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Background</strong></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field.</li><li>A basic understanding of how B2B sales or reseller/channel business works is a plus.</li><li>Genuine interest in sales operations and how commercial teams run behind the scenes.</li></ul><p><strong>Tools &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).</li><li>Familiarity with a CRM tool such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a nice-to-have.</li><li>Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage, but we will support you in learning.</li></ul><p><strong>Mindset</strong></p><ul><li>Organized and reliable — you follow through on tasks and flag issues early.</li><li>Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions in a collaborative, supportive team.</li><li>Curious about technology and interested in NavVis' mission to digitize the physical world.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3><p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Kim (she/her).
