This individual will translate communications strategies into visually compelling and effective creative executions, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print channels. Will also act as Communications Department Ai Integration Strategy and Implementation Coordinator, helping driving communications efficiencies through Ai integration. Assist w/ outside consultants.</li><li>Shoot high-quality and timely video footage for marketing, promotional, and social media campaigns.</li><li>Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content, adding graphics, text overlays, and sound design.</li><li>Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms and align with campaign goals. </li></ul><p><strong>Presentation and graphic design</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and design compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks, strategic planning, public facing presentations/assets and client proposals.</li><li>Create and produce a variety of digital and print marketing collateral, such as social media graphics, advertisements, newsletters, brochures, and infographics.</li><li>Utilize and maintain brand style guides to ensure consistent and high-quality visual execution across all materials. </li></ul><p><strong>Advertising and marketing assets</strong></p><ul><li>Design and produce creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, social and email marketing.</li><li>Create other digital materials as needed, including logos, illustrations, and animations.</li><li>Organize and maintain a digital asset library of videos, photos, and other creative materials. </li><li>Monitor and Maintain all digital assets</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital asset management and content creation. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work is essential.</li><li><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Familiarity with website management tools like WordPress or content management systems (CMS) is a plus.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, typography, color theory, and video production techniques.
